To receive a quick and to-the-point answer please include the detailed description of the problem along with your Windows and Office versions.
If you have encountered an unknown system or error message when working with MTCount, please attach a screenshot of such message to your mail. Making a screenshot of an error message is easy and fast - just press Alt+PrintScreen on your keyboard when the error message is displayed. The screenshot is now in the clipboard. The next step is to paste it into Paint or other graphics editor and save as a .jpg or .gif file to reduce the file size.
